Trattoria N16 - London

The food was delicious, but the service was really terrible. The main host was friendly, but we were then attended to by another male who just sat at our table and then left. We were seated upstairs in a very quiet restaurant. The waitress came to us about 15 minutes later, but her English was not very good, making it difficult to communicate special requests for our orders. The waitresses appeared too busy to tend to the bar area, and it was hard to get their attention to ask for the bill. It took another 10 minutes for them to bring the card machine. We felt like we were inconveniencing them and not very welcomed. The food and wine were excellent, but the overall experience was marred by the poor service. We had come here two years ago for our first date, but after this experience, we don't think we'll be returning.

We had a great meal, but the service was a bit slow and only some waitstaff took drink orders.

I have visited Trattoria Sapori every day on my way in and out of work for almost 3 years, but not until last Friday. It always looked so inviting, so I decided that the time was right to try it. Unfortunately, the food did not live the expectations. Our pizzas were slandered and the tiramisu was so bad that we didn't even finish it... and my husband and I love tiramisu and find it hard to leave everything on a plate. It was really disappointing as we had high expectations. The restaurant itself is very cozy and welcoming, but the food leaves it.

No pasta which was a disappointment for some guests, very nice decor good pizzas.

Lovely local italian with nice authentic dishes as well as tasty pizzas. Good wine list.
