The curries were mild but full of flavor, and the appetizers were excellent. The staff was attentive and quick to fulfill any request. I highly recommend dining here!
My husband, son, and I visited The Royal Thai restaurant this evening. We booked online because we wanted a restaurant near our hotel after a busy day of sightseeing. The restaurant was beautiful, the staff were friendly, and the food was delicious. We had a wonderful evening.
We decided to have dinner at Royal Thai during a night out in London. We have visited a few times before and the food is consistently delicious, and the service is excellent. We made a reservation online earlier in the day and called an hour before we arrived, which was a good idea because the restaurant was fully booked. Additionally, we were able to take advantage of the "eat out to help out" discount.
In London for work and ate here alone tonight. A lovely little no nonsense place, with friendly staff. I was given a menu and a cheaper set menu which I hadn’t known was an option. I had the fishcakes and pad Thai from the set menu. Both very tasty and excellent value for money £15.95 two courses and a drink). When I’m back later in the year, I’ll return
One is spoilt for choice of restaurants in the King's Cross area of London, many being small family run establishments. Royal Thai is one such. The welcome is warm, service is extremely pleasant, friendly and courteous, and the food is very good. It is inexpensive, and excellent value. And the Singha beer is as cheap as anywhere in London!
