Poppy Hana - London

Very late deliveries, because they are called a few times and they gave us a wrong delivery update every time they go to when they feel that a 40min wait on the top of the 40min estimated delivery time after the payment of an ugly delivery fee that is cherry on the cake that prices have increased dramatically in the last months.

Poppy hana is a small Japanese restaurant in the south of london. poppy hana serves some tasteful Japanese cuisine to quite decent trips. the menu at poppy hana consists of more than just Bento boxes and sushi, for which I am grateful. poppy hana also sells suppening, noodles and rice dishes, which are served hot and well seasoned. the portions are also generous. I've tried chicken roast rice, which is easily or spicy. I also tried the chicken yaki-Udon noodles at poppy hana and a few soup simulations.

Terrible! eating was cold and terrible, the staff was terrible, I had expected better. but leading a Japanese and a chicken business in the same kitchen could not be different!

Very delicious food. I'm a tribal of poppy hana. the quality and quantity of food is error-free. the personal is excellent and make sure they are well sought. I was in the restaurant and sometimes they take aswell. her fish is fresh and the food I tried is always delicious. it is under new management and they are still as good as ever. I recommend poppy hana.

So wrong!. I love Sushi, I've had good sushi and not so good sushi from the four corners of the world, but never have I experienced such a bad experience. A disgrace and insult to the Japanese culture and the good name of Sushi! The food is terrible, unauthentic, pricey and the staff are clueless and rude. The rice was over cooked to the point of resembling porridge. Plastered around the unfresh, smelly and clearly toxic fish. I had to fight 12 rounds for the salmon nigiri to go down my throat. Only for it to come straight out the other end as soon as I got home! What added to the insult was when I told the staff that the rice was not quite right, a little over cooked...read more
