Good consistent solid food quality and taste with friendly staff. Lacks ambience however. Needs something to liven it up. Would recommend to anyone looking for hearty Arabic food. Note tenderest chicken sheesh I ever had.

The food at this restaurant was excellent, but despite making a reservation, we still had to wait. The staff seemed more apologetic towards walk-in customers who also had to wait. The service was okay, but not exceptional, and while the food was good, it was pricey compared to other establishments on Edgware Road. We were expecting a superior experience compared to other restaurants in the area, but instead, we received a similar one at a higher cost. It may be beneficial for the restaurant to reconsider how they justify their prices.

The restaurant offers fresh food prepared by talented chefs. I would especially recommend it for vegans as there are plenty of options to choose from.

Food is delicious (but hidden costs on items we understood were on the house). Service from our lovely waitress and waiter was good. The manager, however, behaved woefully. Chewing gum and shouting at patrons is not advisable. Will not be returning.
