You definitely get what you pay for at this restaurant. It is a classy spot for a dinner outing. The staff is both efficient and welcoming. The food is delicious and there is a wide variety of options on the wine list.

Manicomio is a must-visit spot for lunch in Chelsea. The food is consistently fantastic, and my Chicken Milanese today was absolutely delicious. Enjoying a meal outside on a sunny day, people-watching, and savoring a nice glass of wine is the ideal way to unwind with friends.

The restaurant is charming and inviting, with a touch of elegance. It is ideal for a romantic dinner. The staff is highly skilled and welcoming. Although the food was delicious, I found it to be a bit pricey. I will definitely return in the future. The burrata and asparagus were my favorite dishes!

Had a great lunch here at an outdoor table. The service was good and the food was excellent. In particular, the gnocchi with Tuscan sausage and fennel was fabulous. If you’re in the neighbourhood, or visiting the Saatchi gallery next door, this is definitely worth a stop.

MERAVIGLIOSO! We had a wonderful dinner here we loved everything about Manicomio. the staff are wonderful, so courteous, classy, the best service ever. The food gorgeous. We had both meat and veggie options and dessert, and all were beautifully flavoured and generous portions. Wine lovely too. The restaurant itself is absolutely gorgeous, immaculately clean and stylish. I’ve been to all of the Italians in London, I sometimes think, from the nicest to the least nice, and this is absolutely at the top. I will be returning many, many times and recommending this restaurant. A wonderful evening. Thank you!
