A great, independent pub. This is so rate in London and this place hits the mark. Great pub food and excellent range of beer. Cosy and eclectic. We love this place and it's our regular Thursday night drinks venue.

Went to the Magpie Stump last thursday to meet friends who work in the Smithfield area and they recommended the pub. Very impressed with the look and style of the pub. The beer and wine and cocktail selection was very good with some of my favourite ales (Ghost Ship, and Directors). The food we had (lamb chop, chips and port gravy, burgers, and fresh scampi, chips and lemon and lime mayo) was excellent so a big thums up all round i have to say !
