Honest Burgers - London

My go-to burger place. located in brixton village, with a handful of outdoor seating. a little uncomfy but perfect for a casual date. lovely customer service and fast. the new orleans was probably one of the BEST burgers i’ve had, a must try. my bf had the brixton special and was satisfied. one thing i noticed is that the chips are usually a bit too salty though. nevertheless, a great meal for the price!

Although the burgers are nice, they are pretty small in size, £14 for small burger and lots of chips. My chips are sometimes more like crisp, thought it was a one off but no just crunchy and nothing in them. That brings to the most frustrating thing about Honest Burgers is that you CANNOT ORDER ANY BURGER SEPARATELY . Everything comes with chips, not only is it more expensive, it’s annoying because there are times that we just want burgers no chips! Sometimes I want an extra burger to try out the other options but they don’t have a menu to order separately as I checked this with them. I think it’s weird they do this. I rarely have this issue at other restaurants. Black Bear Burgers at Brixton is far better restaurant

Loved the vegan beef burger, and the service from Marco and the team was perfect

I often order burgers here, one of the best burger I have tried in london, but now burgers are not the same, chef is not focused on his work, chips are not the same as always. Last chips I received were absolutely uneatable. I don’t think I’m gonna re order anymore, they let me down too many times in the last three months.

Great burgers. My favourite in the area... Only annoying part is the very limited seating area, meaning you will always have to queue to get a table.
