Went here on Monday and what an amazing team the service and food was great thank you all so much for looking after me and my special needs son

I want to give a big thank you to Gary for his fantastic customer service in helping me with my parking problem. He quickly understood the issue and resolved it efficiently. Just a reminder for everyone to make sure to register your vehicle with reception when you come to visit.

19th of February . Went for daughters 40th birthday. Took 30 minutes just to be served. Then another 20 minutes just to get drinks. Salad bowls were dirty and salad cart not stocked up properly. When dinners arrived we had to ask for steak knives and then we were told there was no jacket potatoes. A bit late to tell us once the meal was being served. And another meal had no chips. Very poor. Took another 30 minutes to get deserts . And when they arrived they had melted and were dripping all over the table. Where they had been left at the counter for so long. This restaurant experience was terrible. I took my three grandchildren as a treat, but we waited over 30 minutes to order and the bowls for salad were filthy, as well as the cutlery. When I brought this up to the waitress, she didn't seem too concerned and brought more dirty bowls. The lettuce at the salad bar was going brown and the other items needed to be replenished. Our food took a long time to arrive and the mini burgers my grandchildren ordered were dry and cold. My meal was also unappetizing. When I complained to the manager, he apologized but didn't seem to care much. The restaurant was very busy and appeared to be understaffed, which made it difficult for them to handle the volume of customers. It's disappointing because Harvester usually provides good food and service.

Ness our server was fantastic, bubbly chatty and really friendly. Restaurant is beautiful and the food was spot on .. best meal in a long time
