The operation of the pump is completely fine, which, despite its load, can work perfectly and smoothly. Despite the fact that there were a lot of people, the cashiers had their system and knew how to work, and they didn't even seem to be under the influence of stress, which I have rarely encountered. The only minus is probably the lack of toilets, especially for women, because there was a terribly long line, but for the men it was comfortable.

Been there on 2023/03/29 service was very unfriendly. When I wanted to use the voucher my girlfriend and I got when using the toilet the cashier said it's written, that you can only use one voucher per purchase. I claimed that it's not written outside at the info (see picture) but he insisted that it's written there and ignored to scan the other voucher. In my opinion that's a bad habit of making business and I guess they really can spare the .5€ but in a bigger scale they make a lot of money this way and that is the reason why they ignore their own terms. The toilets were okayish, not the cleanest as there was still lots of urine on the floor but I guess that's what you pay .5€ for. I don't know what is written in Slovakian but neither in English nor in German it's written that you can only use one voucher per purchase. Even the information in English and in German differ. I'd suggest to get a better translator or accept the fact that you have written terms that allow guests to use more than one voucher. Just as a proof that we REALLY have been there I added a photo of the invoice and another voucher.

1 euro for using the toilet. When the whole family goes to pee, you are at 4 euros..

Normal gas station. You always have to stand in line for a while. Prices for drinks, ice cream, snacks are high
