Pizza Hut - Loganville

This location should be permanently closed! They refuse to properly handle orders. They are good for 2 things only: 1. Delivering the wrong pizza 2. Failing to deliver all of the items in your order. Why is it so difficult??? After calling (for the umpteenth time) about my order being wrong, I was told by the Shift Leader (Ethan) that I 'd have to return the product in order for them to resolve the issue. Ethan, please enroll in a few customer service classes because your current skills are in dire need of improvement. So after telling Ethan that his response was ridiculous, I was transferred to the GM. Ariel, thank you for utilizing common sense and providing an immediate refund. However, your crew needs a major makeover.

I paid $20 for pizza and breadsticks to be delivered and they never showed up. I called the store three times and my call was left on hold every single time. I waited three hours and never saw my pizza. If the store would answer their phone this could have been solved. WIll never order from here again.

Ordered dinner tonight and it's now 12am and my pizza never showed up. when I attempted too call the store they never answered or when they did they left me on hold and just forgot about me. I contacted corporate and they weren't happy so hopefully something happens to this crappy store

Whoever said Southerners don’t drink Pepsi LIED to me ???????? I ordered dinner and a Pepsi but they were out of them. But had every other drink, so i settled. They had the sweetest girl ever at Drive-Thru ????

Pizza sat in the warmer while I waited. Why do they say meatballs . When you only get halved ones.... Ordered extra cheese. Didn't get it.. ordered bacon . Counted about 5 lil pieces. 4 of which were fat . So ya..
