Bidrage med feedbackEdit I was a shift manager at the fairview heights location. I quickly moved up over my 8 months with the company. I worked 43 straight open to closes and multiple 45+ hour weeks only to be fired for leaving for a life or death family emergency. I was told by the DM Greg Albus that being with my family while a loved one passes isn't going to matter. Great food, great staff, and wonderful experience. The manager, Dee, carried herself with professionalism and lead her staff through a very busy shift. Way to go Five Guys employees…keep up the great work!!
My only complaint is between them blasting the heater and I guess the heat coming from the kitchen, it was roasting inside. Food was good though.
Arron the manager on duty hung up the phone on me two times. Did an online order. Went to pick it up, walked in the associate, asked me did I have an online order asked me my name. Told me my order wasn’t ready, it will be 5 minutes. Ok went to the restroom, came out young man told me my order was ready. Get home 20 min drive. I have the wrong order.
