Based on previous reviews and the name “312” which I suspected refers to “Chicago” Beef Sausage I gave this place a try. What a total disappointment. I ordered the Italian Beef with Mozzarella. The gravy (juice for you non-Chicagoians) was boring. It lacked any spice and was like water. The meat in the sandwich was equally as boring lacking any true Italian Beef flavor. Not as good as it used to be. Sub-par flavor orders not right.

Quaint updated interior, friendly staff. They were out of Italian Beef and Gyros, in their defense, we didn't show up until right before they closed. The food we did have was hot, and sort of flavorful. Next time we will try to make it during more normal busy hours.
