Got my order wrong a week ago. I’ve been trying to call every day with no answer. This is the third time they’ve messed my order up. Sad because the food is generally pretty good, but as someone with food intolerances, I get sick if the food isn’t made how I ask for it. I did call them many times to try to fix the issue and after days of not answering, they finally did. They kept interrupting me saying they were going to talk first, and berating us for “not calling” earlier, when in fact I called every single day and nobody answered. I understand the language barrier (English isn’t my first language), but language barrier or not, the customer service was terrible. I loved Thai house, but after the phone call, will not be going back.

Great food—best Thai in Cache Valley. I love the drunken noodles! Vegetarian options: Glad they have various meat- and dairy-free options! This is one of my favorite establishments to eat at. I haven't even been able to try all their vegan options. Many items are vegan but are not labeled as such. They are simply made this way. Other items have the option of omitting the meat or eggs and adding tofu or vegetables instead. They have vegan ice cream. It is made out of coconut milk. It is the only kind of ice cream they have. No dairy options for ice cream. It is a great place to eat if you want to try different vegan dishes that taste great!
