Great service everyone was very helpful and very nice ?

The inconsistency at this location is insane. We went at the beginning of this week and everything was great. Food was hot and fresh. Unfortunately, this is not the norm at this location. It's almost like they had a regional manager at the store for a day or two or something.We went back this weekend and got shorted 2 wraps, cold stale burgers (cheese wasn't even melted), and missing sides with our chicken meal. The girl at the window at like 7pm Thursday was also really rude when verifying our order. We nicely corrected her when she said we only had 2 wraps instead of 4 (she was actually the same one who shorted us 2 wraps last time).They routinely forget items in your order. I've never once actually gotten the honey mustard sauce I requested with my chicken tenders.

Had an issue with my order at the drive thru. Staff helped get it resolved quickly.

I think who ever works drive through needs to listen a little more and also who fixing drive through orders needs to pay attention, 3rd time that my order not be how its asked for. It's not hard ! Gravy Biscuit, GRAVY ON SIDE, COKE EXTRA ICE ! Neither one has been right last 3 times.

It's pretty solid most of the time.The biscuits and gravy have been on point lately.
