Tim Hortons - Lockport

I got a large iced coffee. It was good. Not much more to say. 5/5.

Constantly getting ripped off on Tim bits! 4 times now I ordered 40 and got 28 also usually only get one piece of bacon on our breakfast sandwiches and Tim bits have been tasting old and 4 or 5 of them will be smashed! Horrible absolutely horrible! We?ve been customers a very long time and now we?ll we?re going to try something else maybe Mc Donald?s idk

Coffee mix is hit or miss. The iced coffee with flavors are hit or miss. Rarely do I get the sweetness right or the same ever. Having poorly trained staff or just plain not caring is my guess. The donuts are meh... small and not as good as when they first opened. The breakfast sandwiches are much better than before. The sausage tastes like chewing on a bland latex glove.

I have always loved Tim hortons. Unfortunately they are not around where I live now. So when I visit home I always am sure to stop to get their amazing honey Cruller and coffee.

I wouldn't be as annoyed if it wasn't a common thing for them to be very inconsistent with drinks and to make so many errors. First off I ordered a hot peppermint mocha latte. Their featured item. They make a cold iced one and I have them correct it to only receive a half cup of it as if its normal. Secondly I get an ice cap with 1 shot of expresso. This is something my other half orders often and he can always tell when we're charged for expresso and don't receive it. This establishment needs to have better quality checks. I have ordered many lattes iced and hot and have had them in every color of brown to white you can think of. If I wanted a cup of milk I would've stayed home.
