Panera Bread - Lockport

Got a southwest bowl. Large, generous serving. I enjoyed half of it the next day. I love their squash soup, and the coffee is great. Friendly service, too

Mediterranean protein bowl was great but broccoli cheddar bowl of soup was spilled all over the bottom of the bag so did not get to enjoy it at all

I just got the wild rice chicken soup, usually it is thick and tasteful but today it was very liquidly, the chicken and rice don't measure than 2 spoons and the rest just white broth. I paid $8 to get that. Very disappointed!

Want to start off by saying we ordered a chicken sandwich, which I kind of expected to be mediocre, and it was. Would definitely go back but probably not for lunch items, more just breads, bakery and Cafe items. The staff was friendly and the dining areawas massive. They have tons of options for bagels, desserts, and drinks. Also, Had a few outdoor seating options which is alwaysnice but was just too cold.

Twice now this week I have ordered from this location and asked for no tomatoes because of an allergy to them. Says clear as day on the order and receipt, no tomatoes and still like magic, tomatoes wind up on the item. One was a sandwich and the other waspizza (asked for no tomato sauce). It would be one thing if we forgot to say it but both occasions says right on the receipt andorder details. Get it together.
