Wingstop - Lockport Township

Wingstop in general is a good chicken spot but it's very dependent on the employees and the quality of their cooking etc..this store in particular is just terrible with consistency. One day it's great seems like they're focusing on what the actual order reads, then the next day it's like what the hell are we doing? Lol all I can do is laugh at this point because it's ridiculous. Definitely will just stop going to this one in particular. Overall wingstop is great but this one on a scale is 0 out of 5 and 1 out of 10 respectfully.

We had ordered 2 8 piece boneless wing combos and they made the mistake of charging us for traditional wings. When we tried to swap for boneless (which is the cheaper option) they denied us our request because we ordered wrong . Their unwillingness to fix THEIR mistake is ironic due to the fact that they took one of our fries back because it was unseasoned and gave us a seasoned fry. The employees have no regard for customer service. The service was about as good as the cleanliness of this establishment.

No gloves no hair nets, the worst part is I found a hair in my food nasty nasty.

I used to go here frequently, until one time the fries with my order were bad. They tasted funny, so I didn't eat any after the first bite. I still got sick the next day, though. It may have been a fluke, but I can't be sure. Up until that point, the food had been good.

This wing stop is in our neighbourhood and decided to try their chicken wings. They have many flavours but my usual favourite is Atomic . The wings were crispy, juicy, seasoned well and the Atomic sauce added to them was perfect with just the good spice. I will surely go back to this place not only to try other flavours of chicken wings but other items in their menu. The staff, warmly greets you upon entering the restaurant. They really provides excellent customer service. I surely recommend this restaurant.
