Pizza Factory - Lockeford

Pizza is solid, but the interior has come down and pretty rough. Define yourself as a takeout option.

This review is a bit difficult. The institution itself has come down very and looks to fight. Soda coolers were empty, machines empty, no ice for the soda fountain and the tables seemed a little grim. The staff was less than welcoming and seemed almost angry that we had an order. HOWEVER, the pizza itself was extraordinary. Based on food alone, and if the order intake would receive this facility easily 5 stars. But as a din-in visit, or a pleasant culinary visit, it is 1 star.

I was unfortunately that guy tonight. You know, the one who calls in an order 20 minutes before they 're supposed to close. Yep. But shameful as it is admitting that, I was treated like anything but that. The staff were very friendly and accommodating. I could tell they were exhausted and ready to go home. But they took my order, and when I showed up to get it they greeted me with smiles, my correct order, and a hot pizza fresh out of the oven. The restaurant was exceptionally clean. I didn 't see a speck of dirt on either table or the floor for that matter. The counters were all wiped down. Coolers that I could see or stock neatly and full of products. The menus were readily available and legible. And I felt like a customer all the way out the door. These guys really did do a good job, even though I 'm not sure they had to or should have. Thank you Pizza factory. I will be a repeat customer that 's for sure.

Pizza is always so good. I'm about 30 minutes away but it's doesn't stop me for there pizza the best around.
