Returning from a working week on the island, before boarding the ferry, I stopped in this delightful little restaurant located in the center of Olbia, intrigued by the excellent reviews on Roman cuisine. I won't dwell on the typical menu but it's like having eaten in one of the best restaurants in the capital, both for the environment, I think the owner is also Roman, and for the excellent preparation/presentation of the dishes. for the wine I entrusted myself to the owner who recommended an excellent, uncommon Sardinian product (among other things, the wine list is very balanced). this means that there is research and professionalism in choosing the products to present, everyone is good from the chef to the dining room, I will definitely be back
