Where to start! Terrible experience, ordered through the app (drive through collection)... where they apparently couldn't fulfil my order so I had to go in to collect. Waited 20mins for them to faff around, wee guy who was serving the chips much have been starving as he was having a prowe munch. One of the servers (who was asked by a customer how much longer for the corn on the cobb) laughed at her, before quoting her a further 12 minutes after the initial 4minutes. No lids for the drinks. Worker went outside, me following right behind didn't even hold the door open despite the large order including drinks and milkshakes. Just rude. Shocking service. Not organised.
