Great and friendly service from the staff there. faster service, but they won't hurry. the waiting queue goes quickly with the number of employees who always seem to work.

I visited Joe's on a very busy Saturday, and I was impressed with their level of service. When I mentioned that one of the ice creams was for someone with a nut allergy, the staff went above and beyond to help. They used new utensils, opened a fresh tub of ice cream, and provided a new spoon and wafer package. It's not always easy to find food outlets that are so considerate about nut allergies. Great job, Joe's! We'll definitely be back soon!

I highly recommend the chocolate and nuts dessert from North Pole, served with a delicious chord sauce. It never fails to impress me! The service is fantastic, and they have an incredible selection of ice creams with an extensive list of toppings to choose from.

Their salted caramel flavor is absolutely delicious, and you simply can't miss the classic vanilla—it's a must-try! It's well-known throughout the city, and they accept card payments. They offer a variety of fudge, cones, and even liter-sized servings!
