Gio's Italian - Llano

We had to wait 30 minutes before we could sit in sleepy little Llano. Oh, my God, wait was worth it! I had the pasta with Italian sausage and it was delicious! The homemade bread and diving sauce was amazing. By far my favorite place to eat in Llano, Texas and right at Courthouse Square

We were recommended to go through Gios and already plan a way we can come back. All we had was absolutely phenomenal!!! Seriously, some of the best Italians I've ever had. Great service and amazing food. Will be absolutely back!!!

I generally love the food and the servers are always kind and attentive. The food has great flavor and they get my crazy order correct which is awesome. My only issue is I am tired of mushy over cooked pasta. In 2020/2021 when we first moved to the area the food was amazing and perfect. I think I ate there once a week. I think I started having issues late 2021 and it's just getting worse. I didn't even finish my last dinner last week because the pasta was so terrible. I have asked for al dente pasta (less cooked) and it hasn't helped. Now, it will be a long time before I get a pasta dish from here which takes a lot of options away.

The pictures don't really do it justice, this is a good Italian restaurant, even considering we don't usually choose Italian. The ingredients seem especially fresh, even their bread. We especially liked the bruschetta. The pasta was good, the strip steak was good. Would definitely recommend.
