Dinner in mind with my wife for our birthday, passing through the Drôme, we discovered on the internet. What a pleasant surprise! We dined at the gourmet table, it was a suspended moment, the welcome, the service everything was great, we trusted Clémentine for the veraison menu in 6 courses, the quantities, the tempo were great! The mushroom, the scallops, the red mullet and the lamb over a wood fire, what a treat! Without forgetting the lobster! Special mention for the dessert which is perfectly balanced in sugar, congratulations to the chef and his entire team, room and kitchen. Soon a Michelin star for this beautiful house with a promising future... we will come back and will not fail to recommend you in our turn.
