Little Caesars Pizza - Livingston

I don't really care for little Caesars Pizza, but for some odd reason this location makes good

Online App wasn't working. Placed order over the phone. I repeated order twice. Employee repeated order. Get there to pick up Order COMPLETELY WRONG. Nothing they could do to help me. Manager would be in tomorrow afternoon, I call. Nope manager will be next day in morning. Etc... staff gave me run around so I couldn't reach a manager...They have LOST a loyal customer.

Good crew. answered my questions, took my order quickly, Made the food in less than the amount of time they said it was going to take. Tasted good, they did a good job.

The order was egregiously mishandled, with no effort made to rectify the error or provide a refund for their mistake. Remarkably, I found myself charged once more instead of receiving the proper resolution. To my astonishment, two individuals were involved in taking my order, and both displayed a profound lack of competence in their roles.
