Wrong order and forgot to put the sauces we specified, rude service. Service: Take out Meal type: Lunch Price per person: $20–30 Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

Worker yelled at me today, kind of funny, kind of sad. Over a burger having to be remade because order was wrong. Food: 2 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

Everyone on break at (same time) 4 people sitting in the lobby check cameras. 3:40 pm 8/19/23 will not assist you says you have to order from the machine they are on break they can’t help you. They messed up on order went back couldn’t help. They need a Manager to turn this store around (bad bad bad) service. Horrible Service: Dine in Meal type: Dinner

Just left this location and it’s awful. A older gentleman walked up to the counter to order food and they said you have to order at the kiosk. This customer clearly had no idea how to work it and they told him to go through the drive through instead of showing him what to do. I (another customer) had to order his food for him and paid for him, mind you there was literally 4 employees just sitting there. I would rate this place a negative 5 stars if I could. They claimed you had to use the kiosk because the manager was on break, but you could go through the drive through with no problem. This location used to be great but now it’s pure garbage, I live less than 5 miles from this location but will be driving all the way to walker from now on if I want Burger King.
