Bidrage med feedbackWe tried this restaurant in Livigno, looking at reviews. Nice surprise, very good dishes, well prepared and presented. All very friendly and price in line with what we ate. We found nothing exciting to give 5 stars.
Small restaurant that goes against the current fashions of the moment and the 'spennaturisti' mentality. The recipes recreated by the Passero are the traditional ones of the past of Livigno, where every small part was exalted (in fact it gives good space to the stratallas) and it was made wide use of what nature could offer. Then go with spontaneous herbs and raw materials at km0 of great quality, worked with passion. The environment is cozy and informal, away from the hustle and bustle of the center. Definitely a place that will make you talk about yourself over time. Good luck!
It is called “a-typical restaurant”. In fact, it is exactly so, between revisiting ancient recipes and new uses of pre-traditional ingredients, with superfine technique and excellent remix of ancestral tastes. I entered quite pre-empted given the menu with several combinations that left me more than a doubt. Not loving so much certain experiments, I was on the most 'traditional' dishes, but still rivisti with a particular preparation. Great! Courteous and competent service. Bravo
