Tim Hortons - Liverpool

Couldn't use a gift card, and staff was just enough on shift.

Went to get some of the Retro donuts at 4pm and the entire display of donuts was pretty much empty. May have had half a dozen in the entire case. For a business in a small town NOT to have any donuts in which that is what they are known for expect to stay in business is beyond me.

The food was not very tasty, it was cold in the restaurant, so you had to eat in outer clothing.The service is good, the people are friendly and they prepared everything quickly, well done.

Burnt coffee,sugar not sweetener then the cup leaked everywhere, gross coffee as we hadnt had one in a few weeks ours was under construction now we learned we don't need Tims we got a Keurig.

Slow staff, orders are nearly allways wrong, line ups because of order inaccuracies. Drivevthrough is usually blocking roadway and not moving due to extremely slow service. Being the only Tim Hortons for 25 kms makes it busy just because there are no other choices.
