Pizza Lane - Liverpool

I decided to try this restaurant on a whim late one Saturday night after receiving a flyer through the door. We ordered the Wahoo Deal 3, which included two chicken kebabs, chips, and drinks for £11.49, and it was delicious! The chicken was cooked well and the marinade was really tasty, paired with garlic mayo and salad on a naan. The food tasted fresh and of good quality. The fries were average, nothing exceptional, but still good. The portion size was smaller compared to other places, but it was still plenty of food (they offer a larger kebab option, but not as part of the deal). Overall, we were really pleased with our meal. The food was terrible, and they did not have any chicken available. I suggest avoiding this place. I had a sausage, which I think was older than myself. The prices were high.

I often visit this restaurant for a quick snack. I love their donner meat and chips, which are always plentiful and very affordable. The only thing I would suggest is to offer the option of adding red salt to the chips, as I find it more desirable.

Dirty food and terrible customer service to the point where the delivery driver used abusive language against me. Avoid at all costs, horrible place.

Pizza lane informed us that our order had left the shop when it was 20 minutes late An hour and ten minutes after we had ordered they informed us that they hadn't processed our order at all and we had to reorder all of our food, this caused our order to be more expensive than the initial one we placed online As someone that works in fast food I wouldn't lie to a customer that their order was complete and soon to be with them if it didn't exist, I wouldn't have an issue if this had been flagged up in our initial phone call but we had to call up twice Disgusted by customer service and will not return to Pizza Lane
