Mei Zhen Noodle - Liverpool

We had no issues booking a table but when we arrived at the restaurant, we found it closed. It was a disappointing experience as we had to wander around the area to find another place to dine.

I have been going to this Chinese restaurant for ten years now! I would say I am definitely addicted to it by now. I believe this is not only the best Chinese restaurant in Merseyside, but possibly in the whole UK. It even surpasses the Chinese restaurants in my hometown of Belfast. The staff is excellent, the food is delicious, the menu choices are extensive, and the flavors are out of this world. I highly recommend this restaurant to everyone I know, and they always come back wanting more. It's a fantastic local, non-chain restaurant that offers authentic Chinese cuisine.

I had a great experience at this restaurant. It was very clean and the staff were very friendly. The food was delicious. My partner loves noodles and thought the chilli beef, chicken, and noodle soup was amazing. I ordered chicken balls and chips, which were incredibly crispy. My only complaint is that each item on my meal was sold separately, so I ended up paying around 17.50 for a meal that would usually cost about 8. Despite that, I would highly recommend this place.

We tried Mei Zhen a while ago on a visit to Liverpool now it has becone a favourite for quality food on an evening to take back to our hotel.The noodle boxes are fantastic, great value, tasty and generous portions.We cannot fault the friendly service and have never found a problem.If you read this review, then go try Mei Zhen(38 Victoria St) on the junction with Sir T Hotel and Victoria Cross pub, you will not be disappointed.
