Kfc - Liverpool

Possibly the best KFC I've ever been to? The staff here are incredibly friendly, even during late-night hours. We were helped by some really cool guys and Mia, who was super helpful. The atmosphere here is just wonderful overall.

During my last visit to the restaurant, a staff member named Aubrey racially discriminated against me. Additionally, I believe that some of his greasy beard hairs ended up in my gravy.

I have never been so disgusted in my life, and I have been a chef for 6 years. Do not eat from here. Cold cans that may contain bacteria from storage were placed in a bag with open food. The food arrived freezing cold. When I called the restaurant to ask why this happened, I was met with a bad attitude and disgusting customer service. Additionally, food should be cooked to a core temperature of 75 degrees, but it arrived at 13 degrees. Clearly, the chicken was not heated to the correct temperature, which could be harmful to anyone who consumes it. This is the worst place I have ever gotten food from, and I would not recommend it to anyone, not even my worst enemy.

It's years since we had a KFC but sitting behind a girl on the bus enjoying and dipping her chips into a pot of gravy ignited our interest. So we ordered a Regular Fillet and a Zinger with chips and gravy and I have to say it was super tasty especially the Zinger. The order arrived in about 90 seconds and the staff were friendly. Also a Zinger is 33% less calories than a Big Mackie ..... so kinda more healthy in a way. Will be going back again ..... maybe for the Zinger in a Rice Box ..... even more healthy!

This is in a convenient location. the KFC is one for the Students and University members it can get very busy but it was fine the Staff were rushed off there feet but well handled we got the service quite quickly and we enjoyed it,it can get very noise with every on talking. Think Before trying this place
