Ordered for pick up after work Pupusa de Queso y Loroco Pupusa Revuelta They we're already ready when I got there delicious, hot and filling !!! Big portions with plenty of what I like in my pupusas !!! Nice staff and pleasant atmosphere although I wasn't there long quick service Thanks

Door Dashed twice from Taqueria Los Caporales to Pleasanton. Both deliveries arrived warm and were delicious. By far some of the best Mexican Food!

I placed an order online and picked up my food on my way home. Once I got home, I noticed two burritos were missing and we had an extra food item we did not order. I called the store and they seemed to also have discovered that I was given an item I didn't order and was missing a burrito. I clarified that I was actually missing two burritos and they seemed very confused, but checked my order again and said they'd make it while we drove back to the store. The lady I spoke to asked if it wasn't a big thing to ask if I could bring the item we didn't pay for back. I stated sure, but was concerned for sanity reasons as we had removed the packaging from it when we were trying to figure out what it was. My fiancé left to pick up the two missing burritos and forgot the item we didn't pay for. My fiancé called me and said the restaurant would not give us our burritos and asked him to drive back home, get the item we didn't pay for, and drive back to the store. We ended up having to have someone else drive there to give the item back. Once our burritos were ready, my fiancé noticed both burritos were supposed to be wet (you pay extra for this) and both were in foil (so they were not wet). My fiancé asked if they forgot the wet sauce and the lady didn't believe we paid for it, but had to go back and check the order again to verify we did, in fact, pay for the wet sauce. I am shocked that we had to waste two extra trips, waste gas, to go to the store for a mistake they made. We paid for the burritos and they held them hostage until the item we didn't pay for was replaced. Terrible, terrible customer service, so I won't be coming back here.

I was charged full price for a side of rice and beans but only received less than half of the container. It was a total rip off. Delivery is the new drive-thru and they take advantage of you because you are at home. I took a photo of my sides as proof of this restaurant cheating their customers. I will not be ordering from this place again.

The burritos are so bomb even the simple bean and cheese burrito is amazing my go to spot in Livermore!
