They are the mastodons that run sick experimentations and programs on innocent citizens.For the past 15 years I have been a victim of Lawrence Livermore Laboratory 's electromagnetic torture and experimentation program while tortured with Remote Neural Monitoring for 10 years.I am being repeatedly tortured with electromagnetic weaponry on a daily basis which includes sleep deprivation, cardiovascular manipulation, heart attacks, heart palpitations, asphyxia, paralysis, gastrointestinal disfunction, cysts, skin burns, shortness of breath, and the feeling like im connected to electricity 24/7. all of this is ran on a 24/7 program which is both supervised and unsupervised based on the algorithms and desired torture they want to implement.They are also connected to other companies in this growing industry including HAARP, DARPA, and foreign investment (mainly China). NOt only that but they couple this program with 24/7 physical surveillance and harassment to make their experimental targets appear crazy or to discredit them somehow-lower level complicit groups that do the dirty work. Tag that with police complicit procedures that automatically labels targets mentally unstable in the community when a target speaks out-therefore giving them the right to institutional, stalk further, and sabotage a person 's life.Not to mention, they also target children as well. This includes frying 12 year olds with microwave/RF directed waves, which is why you might sometimes see kids that seem to have black eyes or unexplainable negative physical appearance.Some of their choice words that is repeated through Remote Neural Monitoring and Voice to Skull Technology for me specifically include I ho our why Your a kid I die a know (or knowle) And several other condescending or harassing phrases that are purposefully repeated in REAL time which seems like their own language code.If you are a law professional who cares about human rights and want to help bring this program down please contact me.

I have been a victim and unwitting subject of Electromagnetic Torture for 15 years courtesy of Lawrence Livermore Laboratory. If you are unfamiliar with directed energy weapons or mind/body control technologies then research “Electromagnetic Torture” and Organized Stalking. This abuse of sophisticated technology is not meant for national security interests since I am of no threat to my community or country at large in any way whatsoever. I believe I was selected because I grew up in the Bay Area and these sick scientists decided to pick me out as if I were a vulnerable person at a bar. I have been suffering from all of the symptoms associated with this technology and have repeatedly been silenced and discredited by law enforcement and health professionals any time I attempt to speak up. This Electromagnetic torture and stalking program is meant to do exactly that, torture and silence their victims while leaving them homeless and physically and mentally traumatized. It’s a 24/7 program meaning I have been unable to get a normal nights sleep for the past 15 years and literally blackmailed into silence by their group either by intensifying the harassment or threatening with institutionalization.Please do not support Lawrence Livermore Laboratory and their sick programs.
