The staff member who gave me my order was friendly and made sure I had everything I needed before Ileft. What a great Taco Bell!
Why pay their prices would you go to a Mexican restaurant for much better service and definitely higher quality food? They're not the only ones with taco pizza taco pizza has been around for a long time just under different names at different places.They still haven't brought the onions back which are very disappointing they don't know what easy or light on the lettuce means.
Always short staffed SO BE PATIENT WITH THEM. I would eat here more if I wasn't usually passing by late and seeing a long line. Any Taco Bell is usually very skimpy with the meat so three stars for the value of the food. If I worked at this location Iwould be in panic. However, every time I stop by here in the Drive-Thru the workers are cheerful and do not show the chaos thatI know they are going through being short-staffed all the time. Very respectful with asking people to wait and apologizing forthe wait when they get to you. Food is always good of course and they can only serve the amount of meat that corporateallows.... So corporate stop being a bunch of cheapskates and give me more meat!!! Everyone on the evening shift of thislocation deserves a raise though.
Lobby is always closed. No sign anywhere telling you this. You park, get out of the car only to be be turned away. A sign would be nice stating lobby closed. A long wait at drive through for a wrong order. Only to have to wait back in drive thru to tellthem. After forty minutes. At these gas prices and menu prices who wants to deal with this place. Not worth going again.
Rude staff, worst costumer service, thanks for tossing not one but two bags on the counter not even offering a smile. If you?re gonna be on your phone in the back doing nothing be at least hidden by customers. If an elderly is having troubles ordering onthe kiosk help them, don?t ignore them. If someone (another customer) is informing you that her taco is cold don?t be rude aboutit. Drive thru moves slow but going inside is faster.
