Great. This is a hidden gem. The business is family owned, YES, support your local dealers. The service was fantastic, they have a great menu and will change any order to your wishes. If what you want is not in the menu and they have the ingredients they make for you.

We just moved to the area and decided to check it. These are the hands down my favorite place to eat. I'm here 2 to 3 times a week and I want to come here every week.

Good friendly neighborhood restaurant. Flaco's is a friendly hole-in-the-wall link with great food and great service. In other words, they are exactly the place you never heard of, but are so glad you found through Urbanspoon. You're really happy to have you as a customer. Your burgers are among the best of all time. They offer several selected creations, but you are welcome to mix and combine ingredients to create your own. I especially enjoy their Flaming Flaco Burgerpatty, but prepared as their Texas Burger (with Bacon, BBQ Sauce, Grilled Onions).

Good tacos and burgers!. We tried Flaco's and liked it. The burger was very good and the accompanying fries were excellent. The tacos were also very good we tried the carne guisada and the carne asada and liked both. The best thing we ordered was the guacamole, which came with tortilla chips that I swear had just been fried up back in the kitchen. Good stuff! And a very nice staff!
