Qdoba Mexican Eats - Littleton

Service was horrible by the middle age brunette woman between 8:00 PM -8:07PM 08/17/2023. I am brushed off and treated as a joke when I asked, if tortilla strips were gluten free? she responds I don't know so I asked a more simpler question; if it was corn based like corn tortillas? she responds yes. I have a severe gluten allergy known as celiac disease which is dangerous. I am glad my gut says other wise when I looked at the chart after receiving them. they need to focus on people rather than giving petty rations (I had gotten an attitude to receive a bit more; rice thankfully the nice young man had served me more) and unknowledgeable about the food their employees are serving. People who are new seek guidance for information about new places even for one quick question to get answered with a yes or no. know your establishment.

I always like Qdoba, but this location is horrible. Food was gross, taste like the McDonalds of Mexican food. The restaurant is super dirty, and pretty sure half the staff was as high as a kite. The bathrooms were so gross, I had my kid pee by a tree rather than using your facilities.

Don't go here for breakfast burritos. They have gradually become more and more stingy with their fillings. This morning they would only put a half scoop of eggs and a half scoop of potatoes in my small egg, potato and cheese burrito. So if you like tortilla only burritos this is your place. Also our previous visit we asked for more on our burritos and the manager was doing it and was extremely rude. Go to the one near Clement park it's much better.

Always closed before they are supposed to. locked the doors on me when they were still open for 25 more minuets.

The drink machine is broken. The service is painfully slow. 3 people in line and we haven't moved in four minutes. And: the burrito was great! Freshly made, tasty, very nice. Oh well. This Covid mess is tough on businesses. The young man behind the counter was really friendly!!
