Chopsticks Asian Bistro - Littleton

I recently dined at this restaurant and was extremely satisfied with my order of sushi and California roll. The food was of high quality, beautifully presented, fresh, and flavorful. The staff was exceptionally friendly and took the time to understand my preferences in order to make recommendations. This personalized service was a pleasant surprise, as many restaurants do not provide this level of attention. The atmosphere was cozy and inviting, perfect for a relaxing meal. I highly recommend dining at this establishment!

I absolutely adore this restaurant! I have visited many times and have never been let down. Last night, we ordered soup, Thai Honey Beef, Crispy Cashew Shrimp, and Veggie fried rice. There were leftovers, so I was able to enjoy it again today. ?

The $15 Pad Thai is bright orange in color and lacks vegetables. It has a strong flavor and aroma of pickle juice. We have tried Pad Thai at many places in different states and have never encountered anything like this before. It is worse than any instant or frozen Pad Thai we have had. We could only eat a few bites because it was unbearable. The crab wontons were lacking in filling, with even less than what you would find at Panda Express.

Edit: Food was improved from prior visit. Up from 3 stars.Gyoza was some of the best I’ve had.But, the sushi order form is a printed 8 1/2 x 11 B&W document and they are literally doing their (not amazing) best to erase the prior marks and reuse the forms. ??‍Maybe the food improved because of all the pennies they’re saving on order forms.And to another reviewers point, what’s up with the lettuce in a sushi roll? Ordered mine no lettuce, but they sent out an extra roll by mistake because of the whole reused form issue. CRAZY!!

Great sushi, very high quality ingredients. Had some great steamed buns, crab rangoons. Kind and friendly service. Good people.
