Dunkin' - Littleton Rd, Westford

This is without a doubt the best Dunkin Donuts in Westford. I come here everyday. I have gotten to know the workers and Holly and Arthur who work the week morning shift are definitely the dream team. They've gotten to know the type of coffee I want iand pretty much have it ready for me right as I walk in the door. The other workers are great as well. The night time and weekend workers are well trained and very efficient. I highly recommend this Dunkin Donuts

Fast, Efficient and Good Spirited!The morning team at Big Apple Marketing in Westford, MA is one one of the best I've ever come across. Such an amazing team of women working together like a well oiled machine! If you're one of the lucky people to have this Dunkin's on your route to work every day you understand. I've never had a problem with any of my orders, and they're always pleasant given that they are probably up earlier than I am, and deal with way more bs than anyone should have to that early in the day. I don't know the name of the manager, but she kills it. She is very good at communicating with and assisting her team, and is extremely good at reading the flow of people coming in anyone working for Dunkin's would be blessed to work with her.I wish everyone on the morning crew a happy new year, and thank you for all of your hard work!

Omg the level of laziness is unprecedented. They can 't make any espresso drinks (so like any of the drinks) because they 're closing soon YOU CLOSE IN OVER AN HOUR GTFOUTTA HERE ?It doesn 't take an hour to clean your espresso machine. And even if it did, your sign says you 're open until seven, so when I looked you up on Google and drove here I expected you 'd be..open.Just wanted to let the manager know the level of laziness happening ? thanks for wasting my time and gas
