Pei Wei Asian Diner - Little Rock

Very disappointed? to go order lasted 25 minutes for $15 Orange Chicken and fried rice. Rice fills the Entree side. In view of the staff, I can see where they do cuts. Serving sizes and personnel. In love, don't come back. The mall over the street is better and I hate to admit it.

Not worth waiting or money. Well waited for 30 minutes to get the appetizers. Just to learn, they're from soy sauce. How does that even happen in such a place? After 45 minutes, only 2 of the 4 meals were ready. I asked for a refund and the manager ordered very nicely. We got the 2 ducks that were done, one of which was good, but the chicken was dried out. For $80, I'll go somewhere else next time.

I was thrilled to eat here because I had eaten in Orlando a few years ago. Little Rock is terrible. The staff was not polite or welcoming. My husband and I were surprised that 2 meals, an appetizer and two drinks were $40. All drinks in the Sodabrunnen were flat with zero carburization. We asked for our refund for drinks. They gave us the refund, but never apologized or said they would fix it. My husband's food came, but my meal didn't come for another 10 minutes and we had to tell them to get it. The food itself was okay. Due to the price, bad service and not so fabulous food, we won?t back. I'm sad it wasn't as good as those in Orlando.

This Pei Wei is not what she used to be. They were absolutely delicious every time. They have new signatures saying there are new recipes and such, well, I think this is just they take short cuts and cost to cut. There is no way they use the same supplier for their chicken. This new chicken is thin, chewing, burned and tastes like frozen Chinese food. The fried rice tastes different from the previous one. The rice tastes like they use a whole bunch of liquid smoke, but why? The service is much worse than before. They go in and are greeted by cold stars by employees, and no one is in the front register to help you. My call on order sat with the online paid orders and if I hadn't asked a worker to check me, then my food would have been free. I will definitely go without paying next time because it is not my job to pursue an employee to pay you.

LOVED THE FOOD! LOVE THE FACT THEY HAVE GLUTEN FREE ITEMS! Was sad when I realized what their cup said.
