Bidrage med feedbackI spent all of my break in line waiting which is something that I'm not used to doing at this location. It made me late for work, however I don't know what the hold up was that day, but maybe it was the time of day or staffing issues. I was verydisappointed.
I just gotta say this place is horrible ?. You think you?re waiting on fresh food how long they take and you never end up with fresh food! My burger was ice cold I went back up there for them to fix the issue just for them to put my burger in themicrowave because when I bit into it guess what it was still cold! Every time I go here I never get fresh hot food . What isthe point of this establishment
We usually visit this location late at night with my best friend's family. We always use the drive-thru. On a Monday night, we waited in line and were told that the ice cream machine was down after trying to place our order. It seems that this is a common occurrence late at night after 10 pm. Our usual Sonic experience involves pulling up to order, having food and drinks delivered to our car, and enjoying shakes and sundaes. However, this Sonic location was drive-thru only, with no prior communication about this. It was disappointing to hear that the ice cream machine was down, as it is a core part of their business. We wonder if it was a maintenance issue causing this. The lack of communication led to a loss in sales that night and could potentially affect future visits.
The only issue I had was with my mozzarella sticks. I ordered a large portion and expected them to be good. Unfortunately, they were extremely hard. I had planned to return them the next day, but I was unable to due to time constraints.
