Chili's Grill - LITHONIA

Slow service with an unattended waitress. The food was cold, over boiled, Bland and burned when it came to the table 45 minutes after our order, but we could not tell the attention of our waitress to her and she never came back to the table until it was time to order dessert. We also asked about things that we never ended. Just good was the dessert. We were warned about the food, but then the restaurant began to empty where less than 1/4 of the restaurant was due to the time we placed our order in, so there was no reason for 30-45 minutes waiting between appetizers, entrees and dessert. We were there from 7:15 AM-10:30 AM 3 hours and 15 minutes for food that was not even worth it

Stay away from this situation...Health assessment is 86...not good! First edition, we were told that the waiting period was 15 minutes (at 3 in the afternoon... real? and ended with 30, but only because we had to rewrite our name on the list. Second, our appetizer was terrible. The boneless wings were cold and the fried pimples were oily. They did the app again and it was a bit better... not much. Finally, we asked that my granddaughter drink is in a cup with lid and we were charged for an adult drink. Go to another place...we will never return!!!!

No good time. I really wish I could have given this place a good rating. I left last year and it wasn't bad. Just have a run and spent $50 on mostly warm food. Online order made at 8:50 I come at 9:20 as suggested. I had to wait 20 minutes more They made the Cheeseburger above all. The nice lady said they were waiting for the sampler. Either when I got the food and in the car it wasn't good.

The service here is terrible!!! Immigrant, standing at the door. The staff asked me to wait a minute didn't come back for 10 minutes. Get a table and the waitress took my appetizer order and escape order all at once... Hook 20 min for appetizer!!!! Staff here really needs attention.

The food was very good. It wasn't crowded but, they had one waitress and she couldn't get to all the tables in a timely manner. Toward the end her manager can out to assist as she begin to get a little frustrated. She did well to be a lone ranger but she shouldn't have had to work that hard.
