Sonic Drive-in - Lithia

We’ve gone to this location a couple of times recently and had very mixed experiences.1 time they gave us cherry limeades that were basically just carbonated water with one drop of syrup. The next time they were ok.Another time they were out of syrup. We waited a couple of minutes until someone came and told us they didn’t even have what we ordered.Last Friday, June 3, they were closed during lunch time!It’s a hit or miss and mostly a miss lately.Update: I gave them another chance and ordered one drink on the app. I’m waiting already for 15 min here and still haven’t gotten my ONE drink. Nobody is at the drive through either, it’s empty. 6/14 at 10:55.

I really enjoy sonic. This is the only location I purchase from. Unfortunately, it's gotten worse. Ordered a popcorn chicken a few weeks ago that came out 20 minutes after I ordered, rock solid and cold. A few nights ago I ordered 3 drinks that took 30 minutes to be brought out.. the location wasn't slammed with customers and the worker claimed sorry for the wait, we were having crazy fun in there As a paying, loyal customer, that's pretty ridiculous in my eyes. The last few visits have been less than mediocre. And I've left the reviews blank until it's been necessary, but this location needs serious work as of late.

Waited 35 mins for a slushy and mini blast for my kid, that we ended up cancelling and getting a refund for. My first job was in fast food, it's not hard to look at orders and send them out, regardless of how hectic things are. 6 cars ain't hectic.

We had a few visitors at sonic today. Food was good. Service was great and we got our order so fast!

I don’t take fast food to seriously. But this is quite literally the worst Sonic in America. I have given too many chances. Tonight, I saw an employee LITERALLY Tokyo drift his car into the parking lot. I look over to where he parks, 3 employees including a manager outside. I Literally had been waiting for 24 minutes for my food at this point. Never going back.
