Pizza Hut - Lithia Springs

Placed order 30 min prior to arriving for pickup. Order wasn?t ready and I waited an additional 40min waiting. Staff was not bothered with the extended wait time and advised me the cook (which I assumed it was only one) had to go to the bathroom. Ifrequent this location and the staff seem to be different each time I visit.

The food was really good but it took them a few minutes before they realized I was there to pick up my order.

Should get zero stars. We called in our order, and I went to pick it up when it was ready. Well I get there and they have no order for me in the system, and was very noticeably aggravated when I asked him to check under another name. Ended up leavingwith nothing. After experiencing their attitude towards customers, I'm glad I didn't get food here, I can't imagine how poor ajob they must be doing when we can't see them ????

The night time cashier wasn't very friendly with my sister I when we came to order a pan pizza at 8:46pm. After 20 minutes of waiting, a man came in to pick up a pizza they even gave him one for free that somebody canceled. We asked how much longer the guy said 5 more minutes. It's been 10 minutes. I don't think it takes over half an hour for a small pan pizza.

Thin crust was wayyy over cooked.
