The Bakehouse - Litchfield

That could be the best bakery we tried. We recently have a cake and canoli for our party. We have never heard so many compliments from our guests. The staff is also fantastic. They are easy to work in planning events and helped me pack the car. can't wait to get more from Bakehouse.

The bake made my sons 1st birthday cake and not only saw it BEAUTIFUL tasted FANTASTIC people were traveled over there days after the party. Thank you bakery for his first birthday unforgettable!!

Hands down one of the best bakeries in CT (and perhaps in the Tri-State area). Such a hidden gem hidden under a restaurant right in the centre of Litchfield. We just stumbled on them because they sample cookies in one of the shops on the green (so smart! We started with cookies, cakes and bread. All right. This weekend I needed a birthday cake. Thank God they had a few on Saturday morning. I took a 6-inch villa. The butter cream was excellent. The cake so moist. Not too sweet. Four perfect layers. Lightly lined 6 people with larger discs (excellent value). Can't wait to order a custom cake next. All our guests loved dessert and we agreed!

Sweet Bakery very clean everything looks and smells delicious. I love it that it was built in old County Jail, it's pretty cool that it's part of the story. If you're in the area, I would definitely recommend stopping by.

My Covid Wedding was great. We got our cake from The BAKEHOUSE. Not only was it absolutely gorgeous, but it was delicious!
