Kfc - LITCHFIELD PARK

Not sure what's going on here. weren't french or koleslawen on the driveway told and then moved up to see a coworker with pommes. Girls who worked the window also had a real Poopy attack. eating was hot when it came out, but the good needed to get it forever. down there!

I get there was someone else waiting in line to order. By the time I get back washing my hands they’re still waiting. They leave and I wait a while. Gave up waiting for them to take my order even though they did several drive through orders in that time. You shouldn’t take and complete several drive through orders without even talking to the people waiting inside.

I have been to this KFC on the last three Fridays always between 4:00 4:30, when I get out of work. No white meat chicken available on any of the three visits. I offered to wait for chicken to be cooked, but I was informed there was literally none available. Seems odd for a restaurant specializing in chicken.

Just went came from the drive thru ordered a box of 8 wings, paid 20 for some overcooked burnt, stale chicken. Then as Im trying to call the manager the phone is busy off the hook and he didn't even put a receipt in the bag. Terrible food and terrible service, I will never be back. They have a sign at the beginning of the drive thru that says fried to order THATS A LIE AND false advertising. I want my 20 back.

This KFC doesn’t even deserve a one star. More like a 10. This is my neighborhood KFC on multiple occasions I have gone through the drive through roughly between the hours of 5 and 7 PM which you would consider dinner time hours and they are always out of extra crispy chicken. The employees are rude and appear to be lazy as they never have enough chicken made up for a dinner rush. I think they could use better management. Any manager would know how much chicken to make on a nightly basis to have enough made up so your customers do not have to wait or get what they actually order. I’ve contacted KFC‘s customer service multiple times and even they aren’t very apologetic or willing to make it right. Even if you wanted to call ahead and see if they did have plenty of chicken made up you can’t even get through on the phone because their phone is constantly busy. The employees just don’t want to deal with customers so they take the phone off the hook. Get out of Customer Service if you can’t deal with the public. Church’s Chicken earned some new customers tonight.
