Mcdonald's - Lismore

Good free flowing way for customers, good dining room size for the food place

Not to bad but they have a bad menu board a bit like all McDonald's that seems the way they are all going now.

Good basic shopping centre McDonald's. Very busy lunchtimes. Has a McCafe. Next to Alibaba's in food court.

No option for the much advertised create you own Burger Visiting at 3:10pm on a sunday, expect low staff and to wait longer then usual to be served. Staff tend to be up the back of the kitchen gathered around equipment...Staring at this equipment in collective confusion, too busy to serve.

The service was extremely slow, only one cashier, one person in the mc cafe area, one person on the make line and the manager doing chips and drinks. The chips were cold when we received our order. The cashier could not remember what we ordered straight after letting her know what our order was. The burger was like warm (as in the meat). I will not be going there again as the food should be fresh. They need to stick to their policy on how long chips stay after they are cooked. Little disappointed.
