(Notice of a consumer, not a machine operator) A machine of this brand (Dont I would taint the name of the operator, but anyway it's all the same) scammed me in a way that I would qualify as unattended: First I chose my pizza, then introduced my bank card and then composed the code, and the payment was accepted. Then I don't know. The preparation of the pizza did not start, the machine simply returned to its home screen as if nothing was, ready to trap another customer! No ticket came out either. Well, I have to say that 10 days later I still haven't been debited but at the moment it made me a hell of a shock, especially since 2 years earlier the same machine had worked perfectly. In short Payment accepted and no pizza! I can understand that the pizza stock is empty or that there is any breakdown at the mechanism level, so why not indicate it on the screen? Just a little Hors service! Ah and if I had not seen any other negative opinions (D'machine operators) I would certainly not have posted this one.
At first everything is beautiful. But after the end of the warranty of 2 years 40 euros for a call to Sav on weekdays and 200 euros on weekends and you can choose followed by a guarantee of 2600 euros in wholesale you are blocked. Simple racket...
Unreliable equipment, consumables out of price, a SAV at the ubuesque rate (one fries the 1000 euros per hour)If their machine fails and you call them, the call is charged! I strongly advise the purchase of their equipment, you become captive as soon as you buy and they take away all the benefits you could make with the incessant repairs (the machine fails more than 6 to 7 times in the year, and at 1000 €/h repairs without the parts....!!! !Last example on the date, breakdown of the cold group 3 weeks after an annual review (factory 1500 € without the parts, ben yes it is in addition the parts of wear, not provided in the package)An answer of the SAV, oh the gentleman, but we only do a cleaning, we do not revise the cold group, we have to call a fridge for ca.
