Dunkin' - Linden

I dread coming to this restaurant every time. The staff always seem to have a bad attitude over little things, giving nasty looks and just generally being miserable. I've noticed that the Indian staff in particular are quick to give me backlash, which is disappointing but true. It might be worth replacing the entire team because the negative energy is evident as soon as you step inside.

I ordered pumpkin doughnuts but didn't realize they had given me chocolate doughnuts instead until I got home.

I ordered 2 coffees and 2 donuts, requesting that the coffee not be made too hot as it tends to burn my mouth. I also asked for ice in my coffee and was charged for it. Unfortunately, the coffee was too hot and the donuts seemed stale. I will not be returning to this restaurant.

We pulled up to Dunkin? Donuts at 8pm and they told us they were closed. Another guy walked up to the door and was served. We were turned away however this other guy was able to be served. They were sitting down laughing at us while we drove away.Unprofessional. We will never return to this location.

Service is absolutely terrible. I ask for my money back the old lady told me that I can?t get a refund for myself what I order. Never go back there again
