Rosati's Pizza - Lincolnwood

I read the reviews before the order, I should have known better. we ordered two pizzas online and some apps. one of the pizzas was completely wrong. I called to have refunded it, but they couldn't do it because I ordered online and said I had to open a complaint with the third slice to be refunded. never again.

Delicious pizza and excellent customer service the worker goes out of the way to please the customer, I go there often and he always remember exactly how I like my pizza, keep it up Rosati's U R D Best!!!

I ordered a pan pizza with Ground beef, the pizza was uncooked, it had an awful taste, and had no ground beef, I called to complain about it, and the manager never called me back , this was total ripoff, I will never order there, very poor attention from their management even though I directly told them my order was not handled properly.

First time ordering from this location and will never order again. The side salad that was $6.00 was missing spinach, onions and cheese that were on the menu description. “Our own creamy recipe “ cheesecake was a tiny piece of pre-packed Eli’s cheesecake. The garlic bread was burned. When I called about it the guy said “that’s a standard side salad and that’s what it is”. We ordered from another location before and the salad was exactly like on the menu. It’s sad that this location is tarnishing the good reputation of Rosati’s by selling inferior products for the full price. And they are not even trying to rectify the problem, they just tell you “that’s what it is”.

Either they changed the recipe or changed management. This most recent order a week ago was absolutely horrible! The cheese was too thick and not cooked through and it was so greasy it leaked all over the box. We have been loyal fans up until now. What happened to Rosatis!
