Charlie's Family Dining - Lincoln Park

Good prices, and decent food at this place.I ordered an omelette from here the other day and it was quite good. It came with hashbrowns (or fries) and toast.One thing that seems to set this place apart from other family diners, however, is their soup bar. While I've never actually tried it, they've had it for years and all I've heard was great things about it.Overall, this place is a nice little restaurant with good prices.

Good Ol diner and good folks but mannnnnn that sausage gravy and biscuits was horrible

Best soups around. In my forty plus years I always turned my nose up at cabbage, but their cabbage soup (vegetable soup, too is amazing. I tried to copycat their vegetable and cabbage soups myself at home and it was nowhere near as good as theirs. FYI- you can get some of their yummy soup for yourself in quarts for takeout. Thank me later : Vegetarian options: They offer a great wrap for vegetarians packed with veggies and cheese.
