Tr Ginger Express - Lincoln

I really wanted to give them more stars, but the music was blaring above us, and we asked the waitress to have it turned down. She said she would, but it wasn't done. The wait staff should fulfill the customers' wishes in terms of the environment. In addition, the wait staff decided to congregate adjacent to our table to hang around and talk. Aside from that, the food is reasonably good although more expensive than I think it should have been.

When they first opened the food was very good but the last two times I ate there it was terrible. I ordered a lobster roll and said, Light on the mayo , well it came out with no mayo and was extremely dry. the next time I got a pastrami sandwich and it was so overcooked and dry. Absolutely horrible. All of Luciano 's restaurants are generally very good. I never write reviews but I had to let him know what 's going on.

We had a bit of a wait, reservation for 7 and sat just after 35 minutes later. Service was excellent and friendly, food came out hot and extremely tasty. Husband had the bolognese which was out of this world good. My chicken Francese was excellent also. Great spot, we will be back!

The first time we went here for takeout, the hostess was a feisty Italian grandma who put my husband to work reaching things on top shelves! It was hilarious. We've only gotten sandwiches from here but have never been disappointed. Portions are large and sandwiches have great flavor. We love the roast beef sandwich with au jus and fries. Consistently good and consistently hot (which is important for this pregnant lady). The desserts always look delicious but extremely pricey, so we haven't tried those yet. We have only done takeout but the place is very cute. I was surprised they get such a big weekday lunch crowd (lots of older folks).

We went there last night for my birthday. The outside areas are decorated so beautifully! Walking in you feel like you just stepped into a little cafe/bistro in Italy. I loved everything in there! You can tell someone put in a lot of time and effort into this place. The food was delicious we had the meatball appetizer along with a burrata caprese salad and a charcuterie board which looked and tasted amazing! All of our meals were great as well! The bolognese and veal parm were delicious! Also the staff was so friendly! We had Hannah as our Server and she did a great job! The Manager even stopped by to check in and told us where the name 'TR Ginger ' came from. We will definitely be back!
